Sales Operations Analyst

We’re looking to bring on a diligent, motivated Sales Operations Analyst to help ensure a strong foundation of sales excellence and to empower a successful, scalable sales engine going forward.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing wide-ranging sales support for the global sales and partnership teams. This position will ensure all information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution
  • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region/territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators
  • Partner with sales management to drive sales reporting and forecasting process for the Americas sales leader
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to track sales performance and metrics
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume
  • Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Ops teams to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality


  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations function or similar responsibilities supporting a high-tech sales organization
  • Experience in multiple organizational functions such as sales tooling, compensation, forecasting, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data, and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience as a Salesforce administrator
