About the position:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be managing programs and initiatives across multiple teams at Usermind.  You will work with the Engineering, Product and DevOps teams to define specifications, scope projects, define timelines, and manage on-time delivery.  You will play a central role in coordinating across the company to make sure projects are delivered on time and deliver business value.


  • Work with Engineering, Product, Design and Customer success teams on project requirements, specifications, scope and release plans.
  • Review detailed technical requirements and specifications documentation to ensure that the product being built aligns with the product vision.
  • Ensure all elements of launch are understood and planned for, including coordinating launch timelines with downstream customers.
  • Facilitate Engineering discussions, provide clarification, provide input on requirement acceptance and refinement, testing and validation.
  • Guide and manage the usage of agile methodologies to simplify project delivery
  • Proactively manage change in product priorities as required and willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business changes in a startup environment

Minimum Qualification

  • 3+ years of technical product/program management experience delivering programs or products from inception to post launch.
  • Experience building functional specs and release plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience with agile software development methodologies and productivity tools

  • Generate useful and actionable reports to leadership on a weekly basis
  • Power to influence team members and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
