We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant who loves to communicate with customers, collaborate with internal teams like product, marketing, and customer success to close deals and deliver revenue, who understand the ins and outs of an enterprise-level SaaS platform, and who want to make a daily impact for their customers, and their company and its products. This is a small team with big influence, so an attitude of continuous and aggressive improvement is important.


In partnership with Sales Directors, play a key role in closing new business for Usermind to successfully deliver on established quarterly and annual revenue goals.



  •  Participate in, and lead where appropriate, product demos, requirements gathering, and solutions design at various stages of the sales process
  • Create and iterate on RFPs and POCs that compel customers to buy
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver meaningful content that engages prospects; with product on upcoming and customer-requested features; and with customer success to ensure seamless and successful onboarding, retention, and renewal
  • Understanding and highlighting technical risks within the product, or within customer accounts
  • Conducting industry research to understand appropriate industry verticals and targets, and ensuring they receive relevant and timely messaging about our technical solutions
  • Delivery to sales and revenue quota



  • Supporting the sale of SaaS platforms, including to the C-Suite
  • Technical writing skills that translate into RFPs and POCs
  • Tireless work ethic and superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative, outside-the-box problem-solving skills that deliver timely solutions for prospects and customers
  • 5+ years with increasing responsibility in an Enterprise Software pre-sales role
  • Experience manipulating data and dashboards to tell a story within a POC
  • Experience connecting to SaaS systems (Marketing Automation, database, analytics, etc.) to complete live POCs as part of the sales process
  • Experience working with multiple sale reps simultaneously and managing expectations across sales, products, and engineering in the pursuit ofSales and POC activities



The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting.  Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.  Significant corporate travel will be required to potential client sites, remote offices or other business meetings and events.
