Senior Product Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing major who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams across Usermind to deliver content that clearly demonstrates our “must have” customer value. You will own and influence content throughout the org using data you’ve gathered in market, customer, and competitive analysis and research, informing internal programs and initiatives, and reporting on their success. Your experience working in the SaaS space will help us accelerate even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed.

Here is what you’ll own:

  • Increasing the sales pipeline and prospects by developing compelling customer-facing messaging, collateral, and product demonstrations for different target market segments
  • Aligning with sales leadership to drive sales enablement, including onboarding, weekly sales updates, win/loss analysis, and deal analysis
  • Effectively informing the sales cycle by creating customer personas developed with deep understanding of target buyers and verticals, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment and success
  • Partnering with pre-sales to develop key technical PowerPoints, illustrations, and other internal and customer-facing pre-sales enablement content
  • Creating white papers, web site copy, videos, data sheets, and other relevant collateral that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
  • Developing and fostering analyst relationships to ensure broad and positive coverage of the business
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to continually refine go-to-market strategies
  • Working cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and finance

Experience that will help you be most successful:

  • A strong technical foundation, including experience working with SaaS products
  • Extensive customer interaction experience
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience tools/systems, and/or in the sales, marketing, or customer experience verticals
  • Strategic, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Tireless work ethic with superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 5+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue
  • A marketing or business degree (commensurate work experience will be considered)
