At so many companies, processes and apps and teams are disconnected and siloed. That’s why we’re building a solution to the universal challenges of unifying teams and systems to deliver a world-class customer experience. We’re a startup with big, daring goals, so outrageous technical chops and an unwavering obsession for customers are necessary. A love for dogs, pizza, and/or board games helps, too. You should also love partnering with engineering, product, and marketing teams to help craft flawless customer onboarding and solution implementations.

Here at Usermind, we’re makers and doers. With a small, yet focused team, it’s time to grow so that we can launch our service globally. We’re looking for engaging team members who will make an impact and evolve with the company.

What you’ll do:

You will make impact by delivering both strategically and tactically on product initiatives that keep customer needs and happiness top of mind. You will spend time getting to know our customers and triangulating their needs into capabilities on the Usermind platform.  You will be responsible for product design and work with interaction & visual designers to deliver delightful user experiences and influence the next generation of the Usermind product suite. You will drive prioritization to deliver the absolute necessary features that bring value to our customers. You will collaborate with engineering daily to manage scope, slippage, and lead user acceptance testing. You will play a key role in defining the product and direction of Usermind.

Every team member makes a huge impact daily, and the time to join Usermind is now.
