Sr. Demand Gen Manager

Usermind is seeking a creative & enthusiastic marketer to join our growing team. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for creating and executing B2B marketing programs and will work closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive programs that generate leads and increase customer acquisition. This exciting opportunity is our first demand generation hire and should be a senior marketer that is comfortable starting  a 1-person demand gen operation including program strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and reporting.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing programs through email, webinars, events, social media, paid marketing and other programs focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline
  • Partner with our sales team to ensure campaigns are successful and enable them to be successful. You will closely partner with Sales to obtain feedback on quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Create new collateral to drive through demand generation programs — blogs, whitepapers, contributed thought leadership pieces, etc.
  • Set strategy goals, prioritize accounts, and design and execute programs increase reputation, relationships, and revenue.
  • Track full funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in an enterprise B2B demand generation role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with up Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce and other automation marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
  • A strong team player comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships across teams
