Usermind is looking for a strategic partnerships professional with experience sourcing, negotiating, executing and scaling partnerships with global systems integrators, global strategic consulting firms and ISVs. You will drive the strategic partnership program in order to source and influence net new revenue streams that have a major impact on the company's goals and objectives. To be successful you will work cross functionally with sales, product management, engineering and marketing to support and scale the partnership agenda. The ideal candidate is highly creative, competitive and collaborative with a refined view of both the Enterprise software and customer experience ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives meaningful revenue growth and deal velocity
  • Source, negotiate and scale reseller/white label partnerships with global consulting firms and systems integrators
  • Manage a portfolio of referral relationships with industry leaders, executives and VC firms
  • Work with product and engineering to identify strategic opportunities to partner with ISVs that extend Usermind's platform capabilities
  • Systematize and streamline the joint opportunity process with Usermind's account executives and corresponding partner teams
  • Develop and execute partner marketing and enablement strategies that scale the program's growth with minimal net new headcount
  • Build a lean, world-class partner team focused on supporting the company's revenue and product goals

Ideal Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships role within the Enterprise software/customer experience space
  • Demonstrated ability to drive net new revenue growth from the partner channel, with a specific focus on systems integrators and/or consulting firms
  • Track record of exceeding partner revenue targets/quotas
  • Highly creative and competitive with the grit and determination to build a partner program from the ground up within the startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external executives
  • Team player that thrives in a collaborative, high-speed environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Large network of potential partners and industry leaders
