Let’s say you want to send a Slack notification to the sales rep any time a lead from one of their accounts or companies with an open opportunity enters a list or campaign in Pardot. Here’s how easy it is:
With Usermind, you can easily integrate your SaaS applications and other systems. Just connect your Pardot admin account to Usermind and we’ll start fetching your data. Then you can start building rules and end-to-end Journeys based on Pardot data and actions.
Next, you can define the conditions on which the notification should be sent.
For example, here we’ll say: Every time a prospect from an existing account in your Salesforce instance enters Pardot, send a notification to the account owner on Slack.
With Usermind, you can easily map a Salesforce Account Owner ID to the owner’s Slack username.
Boom! Slack notifications will now roll out to the rep when a new lead comes in on one of their existing accounts.
