We are delighted to announce that Bryant Hoops, VP of Customer Success at Usermind, a leader in Experience Orchestration, will join the advisory board of Customer Experience Management (CXM) at Michigan State University. The advisory board has gathered leaders from a large variety of industries with the overarching goal to lead the world in customer experience management thought and practice, while helping member organizations to develop and build out their CX function.
Bryant is a strategic leader with a passion for customer success. He is excited to support CXM’s professional development activities by sharing expertise and best practices on how to bring together cross-functional teams, and start implementing journey orchestration as a strategic differentiator in driving growth and generating loyalty.
We are happy to be part of a group of companies dedicated to improve the field of customer experience management. Additionally, we see this initiative as a powerful transformative tool that will educate the next generation of customer experience professionals to be fully equipped in addressing customer’s evolving needs. We live in the age of unlimited choice and competing on price and product only is no longer enough. Experience is what makes consumers loyal and furthermore, what used to be considered as minor annoyance such as poor app or web performance, is now a significant business problem. Digital disruption and rising expectations are urging companies to continuously evaluate their customer engagement model and capability to enhance customer experience.
The CX landscape is evolving with each passing week and our goal is to support organizations in their challenging quest to win customer loyalty. There’s a lot involved in creating an ideal customer experience and working on CX related professional development activities will get us one step closer to it.
